1. What are the different ways I can use Auto Gift Cards

2. What file type do you need if I upload my own design?
We accept files in Adobe Photoshop CS3 or lower & Illustrator CS3 or lower, or any file saved as a .tiff , .jpg or .EPS file. Make sure all file images are at least 300 dpi. (Please make sure that the text is converted to outlines/curves to avoid font problems).
3. What resolution should I save my images/files?
We recommend that the file or image to be at least 200dpi. But for the best quality print, we recommend 300dpi.
If designing your own card, make sure your designer knows the following trim size:
3.375 x 2.125″
85mm x 54mm
1113 x 638 pixels
CMYK 4-color process print at 200 LSI
4. Will you create my gift card design for me?
We sure will. The majority of our clients have us design their gift card for them. If you have any specific requests, you can tell us in the “Special Instructions” box on the order page. We will have a proof ready for you to view within two working days.
5. Can I send in my own gift card design?

6. I have an idea of what I’d like to see on my design; how can I get that information to you?
Immediately after completing your order you will be directed to a page that will tell you how to submit your logo and design preferences. You’ll also receive an automated email response reminding you of the same. If somehow you did not receive that email, you can forward your logo and design preferences (color/layout/style) to hello@automotivegiftcards.com
7. Can I see a design proof before you create my gift cards?
Of course! Once you submit your logo (or your gift card design if you choose to design your own), we will have a proof to you within 2 working days. You have unlimited revisions of your proof until you are completely satisfied.
8. When will I see the proof of my gift card design?
We will email you a proof within 72 hours of submitting your logo. We are happy to adjust your design as many times as necessary until you are happy. We will not print the cards until we have your approval on the design.
9. Can I have different offers on each gift card or do they all have to be the same?
To offer gift cards at such a competitive price, each card must be identical per order. If you wish to have cards with different offers we encourage you place one order for each offer/design you require
10. How soon will I receive my automotive gift cards?
Production time varies, but we typically ship your order within 10 working days after your approval of the proof.
11. Can I split up my order into smaller amounts?
No, each order must be a minimum of 500 gift cards
12. I’m overseas, can I still order gift cards?
YES! We now accept international orders. Please allow an additional 6-10 days for delivery. International orders are subject to additional shipping and customs fees, depending on the quantity/weight of the order.
